In hopes to help the lost little fish out there find sustenance to keep on swimming, I’ve created a Google Map specifically locating the various dining facilities available for current Towson University students and their guests. Enjoy!

Susquehanna Food Court
Located on the second floor of the University Union, the Susquehanna Food Court offers a variety of food vendors, from Chick-fil-A, New York Deli, Kappa Sushi, Pazzelli’s Pizza, Ladles Kettle Kreations, and others.
This food court is a popular lunchtime destination for students, so its best to plan ahead to beat the mealtime traffic. But don’t get too accustomed to dining here because its closed on weekends. However, the Susquehanna Food Court is open Monday through Thursday from 10:30am to 7:30pm and Friday 10:30am to 3pm.
Paws
Paws is a dining facility that is located on the first floor of the University Union. It offers custom-grilled orders, a bakery with fresh croissants, muffins and other sweets. They also serve fruit smoothies and Starbucks coffee.
Paws is nice because of the classier atmosphere. It also has sectional dining booths, which are nice if you’re looking for a chill place to parents and friends on campus. Paws is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 11pm and on Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 11pm.
Brick Street Café
The Brick Street Café is a great place to stop by if you’re on your way or killing time between classes because it is located in the central part of campus in Hawkins Hall.
Although its smaller than other dining facilities, Brick Street Café offers Seattle’s Best Coffee, personal pan pizzas, pasta and grab-and-go salads and sandwiches. It is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 7pm and on Friday from 7:30pm to 3pm. The Brick Street Café is closed on weekends.
Newell Den
The Newell Den is located on the first floor of the Newell building. It serves Sbarros pizza, Roadside BBQ Grill, Green Mountain Coffee and others.
If you’re craving something from these specific vendors, this dining facility is great for you, otherwise most students eat upstairs at the Newell Dining Hall.
However, the Newell Den is opened Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 11:30pm and Saturday and Sunday from 4:30pm to 11:30pm.
Patuxent Bistro
The Patuxent Bistro is located on the second floor of the University Union building. The Bistro serves custom-made salads and made-to-order salads. It also has Cilantro’s Tex-Mex, a fruit and salad bar, and a variety of soups and desserts.
Open Monday through Friday from 11am to 2:30pm, the Patuxent Bistro is a hotspot for lunch dates and picky eaters.
7720 Café
The 7720 Café is located on the first floor of the Administration Building. It offers custom-made sandwiches, daily specials, a full salad bar, soups and desserts.
However, its generally out of the way for most students and generally caters to University staff and administrators. Nevertheless, the 7720 Café is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 2pm.
Starbucks
Starbucks Coffee is located on the first floor of the Albert S. Cook Library. It is especially helpful for students seeking caffeine fix before a library study session. Starbucks offers their usual menu items of baked items, hot and iced coffees, espressos, tea and other beverages.
It is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 8pm and Friday from 7:30am to 5pm.
Fresh TRAX
Fresh TRAX is located on the first floor of the Towson Run Apartments building complex. It is open to all students, but generally caters to Towson Run residents and those in nearby residence halls like the Paca and Tubman Houses, and Millennium Hall.
TRAX is basically a small convenience store with items like fresh fruit and veggies, condiments, eggs, milk, junk food, toilet paper, and others. However, Fresh TRAX also has a salad bar and two eateries that offer sandwiches, paninis, pasta and stir fry made-to-order.
TRAX is open on Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 11:30pm, Saturday from 11:30am to 6:30pm and Sunday from 11:30am to 11:30pm.
Glen Marketplace
The Glen Marketplace is located within the Glen Complex. It is perfect for resident of the Glen Towers, but is known to upperclassmen as the dining hall overrun with freshmen.
Nevertheless, the Glen Marketplace features brick-oven pizza, and popular menu items, including vegetarian and vegan options.
It is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 10pm, Friday from 7:30am to 7:30pm, Saturday from 11am to 7pm and Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
Newell Dining Hall
Located on the second floor of the Newell Building, the Newell Dining Hall is an all-you-care-to-eat dining facility that features a salad bar and popular menu options like make-it-yourself Belgian waffles, lasagna, and chicken soup.
If you’re looking to spend just one meal, this is the place to go. It is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 7:30pm and Saturday and Sunday from 1am to 4:30pm.
Arts Café
The Arts Café is located at the Center for the Arts on the Towson University Campus. The café serves grab-and-go sandwiches and salads, paninis, baked items, sushi, and even Starbucks coffee.
Most students find the café a cool place to relax and grab a light lunch, often between classes. The Arts Cafe is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4pm.
